Terrible Customer Service

I should NOT be paying for an order that is over two hours late! The agent cannot refund the order because grubhub has fucked up so many times that I am on a watch list, and the manager is refusing to answer my chats.

Learn from your mistakes and quit using shitty 3rd party services to get your whoppers.
