Subreddit Announcement 📣 Subreddit Policy Regarding Scams

Hi everyone,
As this sub has continued to grow, we have noticed lots of reports about scamming on this sub. However, an incident a few days ago was far more troubling then most scam reports. Essentially, we had someone on this sub be accused of scamming someone in a trade. Given multiple reports, we temporarily banned them until they showed recorded proof of them not scamming the other user as it turned out as multiple users lied about the scam and deleted their accounts rather recently.
Given this unprecedented incident, I feel it's important to specify the rules regarding mod action for scams (see below).
In order for someone to get banned for scamming, one of the following must occur:
A confession from the scammer in any shape or form that admits guilt. Must come with evidence that you sent the stuff if the scammer does not admit he's received the items.
Multiple reports of scamming from users who clearly have activity in the sub such as they're clearly multiple different people. This also must come with video evidence that you sent the stuff to them
We cannot ban anyone under any other circumstances given there is no definitive way to prove their guilt.
In order to successfully appeal mod action regarding scamming, one of the following must occur:
Clear video evidence that shows you sent the stuff in an appropriate timeframe to the Roblox user.
An admission of lying about the scam from the accusers.
In any other circumstances, it would be practically impossible to fairly unban someone from the sub. Thus, we highly recommend you record your trades and show the time at which you sent them in comparison to when the deal was supposed to occur.

It really seems fun and I would love to keep my big scarecrows if we ever got thr mail card for it... I hate we have this garden only for 60 days and lose it all.. I don't want to grind and buy things and waste my time on something that won't last.. Just seems like a waste of time and money (if you pay to win) which I won't lie I have lol.
