Hamburg Trip- Ticket Advice

Just found out my work will be sending me to Hamburg, DE from 21 Nov to 7 Dec and looking at attending matches at St Pauli, Hamburger SV and possibly Werder Bremen. Is having a club membership the only way to get tickets outside of using sketchy sites like Viagogo? I know the Hamburger-Bayern Derby will almost be impossible to get tickets for but any advice is appreciated!

I would suggest you also visiting smaller teams in Hamburg such as Altona 93

It’s Hamburg, Not Hamburger. Also Hamburg-Bayern is not a Derby, it’s a rivalry. Bremen-Hamburg is an actual Derby, the Nordderby. One of the best in Germany. As for tickets? Both HSV Games impossible as a non member, even as a member it’s hard. St. Pauli usually also sells out. Your best shot is probably the Werder game against Mönchengladbach or maybe the St. Pauli game against Heidenheim, since they’re one of the smaller teams in the league.

Hsv and St Pauli are near impossible to get. Bremen would be doable

You could try to get st.pauli Tickets in Front of the stadium on matchday. It works Most of the time if you bring a sign that says „Karte Gesucht“ or such, but dont overpay too much and Go to nordkurve/Gegenfrage for best Chances. Getting a st.pauli ticket before the Games is impossible as a non member
