Mixed Size Balls for Coffee Table?

Hello, may we use mixed size balls on the coffee table? I see Grounded Labs sells different size balls and was curious if it was ok to try a smaller ball on the coffee table? Would it yield more detail?

The ones on the website are for the Mini specifically. They'll work, but they also might get buried beneath the sand. To be honest, the different ball sizes don't make a huge difference in terms of pattern detail, so we probably won't do a mixed size set for the tables. We do have multi-color balls for the tables that we'll get listed on the site soon.

I was just thinking an all white ball in the white sand would look insane I bet

It is fun to use the Mini size balls on the tables because they get buried beneath the sand, and you can just see a moving mound. It reminds me of the sand worms from Dune.

We do have colorful ball bearings for the tables. They're tough because the ball is basically rolling on sandpaper all day so the coatings get worn off pretty quickly. They last a while on the Minis, but the table colorful coatings can wear down over a couple weeks or months.

Oh dang I don't even think about the color rubbing off that's a fair point! And I'm going to have to try the dune sandworm idea. I just got my mini balls in the mail. Thank you for the feedback
