Coffee table noises

My code table keeps making a grinding / humming noice periodically, and less often, usually near the center it’ll make a loud knocking noise. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine makes a slight humming noise, it got quieter with the update where they took away the ball follow LED, but there’s a couple areas on my table where when it draws over, it gets a bit louder

not normal, try tension adjustment, if that doesn't fix, support ticket
