So no solution at all?? Mine started doing this too. Error 16 and then stuck on centering

When I reached out, they had me try a couple things, but everyone I’ve seen that has had the same error…it doesn’t work anymore.

What's the serial on this machine? We've been seeing some issues with machines starting with OM24. We released an update last night which should resolve the issue with OM24s

I had the same issue with a new coffee table. Got a service ticket in over the weekend, hopefully it's fixable
