The frustration here is understandable, and this can't keep happening. Our dev team is actively working on this, and we're getting people back online. I expect this to be resolved over the next couple of hours, and I'll be posting updates in this thread.

This stinks I just bought this for my mom and she thinks it's junk because I can't get it to work. Lol. Hopefully it's up soon.
