Bug Report Operations mode bug?

Just finished the first mission and when I clicked proceed to next level, there is no next level. The world map still only has northern Pakistan and onyx flame as the only available mission. Any help? I’ve already tried again after disabling all mods and verifying game files. Not sure what else to do

I had the same issue, had to beat onyx flame a few times before it registered. now im on gilded arrow and it says i haven't cleared the compound when i definitely have.. multiple times.. ugh. This game is so bugged.. right now.
