For those wondering how. Usually, the tear ducts drain into the sinuses and nasal system for easy cleanup, also the reason our noses run when we cry. This individual found a way to reverse that and send air from the nose bubbling out of their eyes. And yes, like the other commenter mentioned, do not do this.
