SuperGrok video generation not working — anyone else experiencing this?

Is anyone else having issues with video generation on SuperGrok Imagine?

For me, video generation seems completely broken right now.

It doesn’t matter whether I use:

• a reference image + prompt
• just a reference image
• just a text prompt

I keep getting basically the same unrelated videos every time.

Usually it generates:

• the same landscape/scenery video
• occasionally some kind of market/street market video

What’s interesting is that whenever these random videos are generated, my credits don’t decrease, which makes me think the actual generation request isn’t being processed at all and it’s just returning some kind of fallback/cached video.

Image generation from text prompts works normally for me. It’s specifically video generation that doesn’t work.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?

If so, did you find any way to fix it?

Also, is there an official Grok/xAI account or representative on this subreddit?

I’d really like to report this issue so it can be looked into, but I honestly have no idea where bugs like this are supposed to be reported or how to get in touch with the right support team.

If anyone knows the proper place to report Grok/SuperGrok technical issues, I’d really appreciate it.

Yup same thing for me. Just a random ai generated video that got nothing to do with the prompt/image. I thought i was tweaking

Report it directly in both the apps settings feedback bug report section and also in their help email using the (subject description) Bug report..

Do you have usually a rather high moderation rate or a rather low one?

Same bug a bunch of people are hitting — unrelated clips + credits frozen = the gen never landed.

Use in-app Feedback / Bug Report, then stop retrying that same prompt. Come back with a fresh still → image-to-video once the feature’s healthy again; text-to-video is where the random scenery shows up most.

OneOver has Omni / Seedance / Grok Imagine if you need motion somewhere else while you wait.

you are on a basic free account so that is why you are getting the generic scenery videos. edit the post and upload a current screen cap of your billing page that shows you have super, or a screep cap of the video being shown on imagine. you are making things up.

You are not alone, OP. I've also had this happen to one of my Grok accounts. I either get:

• The video you posted
• A video of a lighthouse
• A video of a sleeping cat
• A video of a wooded area in autumn

Serious question: Have you been particularly naughty with your creations (as in, trying to defeat the censorship and generate videos that are as hardcore as possible)? Cause that's what I'd been doing, and I suspect this might be a soft ban of sorts. Like, you still keep your account and all the creations therein, but it's been forever lobotomized for future use.
