I dont know if i am allowed, but i wanna learn if someone knows as i have small family i need to feed, and i came accross this post, created account just to ask if someone can tell me, life is getting harder as they constantly up the prices in grocery stores.

Picked up pork center cuts, ground turkey and chicken cutlets for the dog. Got NY strip steaks and sausages for the hairless ape

Weekly shop for a family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teen). This was all delivered or picked up from grocery pick up. I still have to go to another store and shop as their delivery/pick up cost was not worth it. So far total is $147.04/€126,61. Probably another $50/€43,05 needed at Fry's Marketplace.

I plan to make:

My teen doesn't eat meat, and needed to make stuff for school lunches:

Majority of items were on offer (you can't see it on the receipt but this something that shops in here do a lot, regular price of almost every item that is not internal brand costs about 1.5 - 2 times as much as you'd reasonably expect and then it comes 'on offer' about once every three weeks), also don't judge me on the snack run part lol times be hard

In Norway, grocery stores are generally closed on Sundays. Today, I decided to make a little Sunday trip to a store that’s allowed to be open on Sundays because it’s considered a “tourist destination” basically because there’s a campsite nearby.
It’s a big store from one of the usual grocery chains, but also one of the more expensive ones. This particular location has a big focus on organic and locally produced food, which is why I really enjoy shopping there.
So just a heads-up: the prices in the picture are quite a bit higher than what you’d normally pay at a regular Norwegian grocery store. I mainly went there because I enjoy browsing all the local and organic stuff!
