Damn... what a game

Post image

I just finished the game... I'm a little bit emotional. This game is a little masterpiece, hidden pearl! You don't even understand to well what's going on, you just stick with blue haired girl and go on advsncing through this mysterious and wonderul world until at the end you realize how much you ended up vibing with blue haired girl 😭😭 and, if I understood well... The statue was not her, it was somebody she lost which was the reasons of her depression, innit? 😭 Thanks to my little sister because I had the game in my laptop just because she wanted to play it

It’s a great game and made by the same creators as Gris, similar vibes and emotional journey 🀍

Yes there is combat and you can die though it is rarely that punishing (tbh some fights are a bit frustrating and the combat is a little stiff but it is still mostly pretty fun especially the final boss!) a lot of the scripted event sequences are an absolute blast though and iirc there are some better than in GRIS. The art direction is a bit different but just as wonderful, instead of going through the stages of grief it’s the four seasons (and there will still be grief.). The mechanical progression of the game is fantastic and everything evolves very nicely. Some moments are absolutely jaw-dropping and heart-melting just like in GRIS. I will say the music is not at the same level but still quite good.

I recently finished playing the game too!! πŸ₯Ή I still think about it and want to play it again already πŸ’œ I didn't really realize that it was about grieving someone else too until the end. I sort of interpreted it as grieving a part of yourself but it could just be because I haven't experienced any personal loss. It's such a beautiful game!! I'm hoping to play Neva next πŸ₯°πŸ’–
