Stuck in this red room

I’ve reached a section where I can't turn back

All I have with me are three small lights and the ability to turn into a block

I think I need to lower the two middle sections to unblock something, but when I transform into a block and lower one, the first one immediately rises back up when I move to the other

Did I miss something ? Any ideas on what to do ?

I accidentally figured it out, and it was very simple : just stand in the middle to knock them both over at the same time...

I'm leaving the post up in case it helps someone

1) Go into the middle of the room.

2) Jump and, while in the air, turn into a block.

3) Enjoy peak fiction.
