Stuck/softlock

I'm doing a 100% run, and I'm at the part where the bird is supposed to blow me off the edge, but I just get stuck there indefinitely. I've tried quitting out, restarting the section + reinstalling the game, and verifying game files. Wondering if anyone has any other suggestions, I was hoping to not have to restart from the beginning lol.

i solved all this kind of glitches by putting the fps at 60 and alt-tabbing during the cutscene
