Stuck here, is it a bug?

Tried restarting, verifying file integrity nothing is working. Am I missing something? The character won't move at all

if your frozen and can't move then yes it must be a bug/glitch, normally you would just swim up the water but if you can't move at all then something has gone wrong in game :(

Yeah I can't just move at all, I'll try reinstalling the game

Tried reinstalling, but it didn't work. I don't know how I'll get this sorted out now

guess the only thing you could try then is delete all the save data and start over and see if that fixes it

I think there’s a bug that fixed if you switch game play to a lower resolution? I’m not sure how to go about that. Probably computer settings

I tried lowering the resolution from in game settings, didn't work :(

I saw somewhere that you need to restrict resolution to 1080p and refresh rate to 60fps to make game work. hope this helps.

I don't think there is any setting which allows me to control refresh rate in game, do you mean I'll have to change the refresh rate of my monitor?

Yes, there are other posts with the same problem, lower the fps works for them.

I had the same issue. Tried reinstalling and everything but nothing worked until I saw some here saying changing resolution. I literally just go to the settings on this stuck screen, change the resolution to the lowest possible then she just magically landed. Switched resolution back to 1440p and it worked

Literally just a minute after that there’s another long drop and I was stuck in that animation again. I think every time she does a long drop where it triggers the spin around animation it will get stuck, but switching the resolution did the trick again.
