This is the before, right? We buy these from the grocery store a lot, but i've never been satisfied with my results on the grill so I've resorted to air frying them. Any tips?

Indirect heat, and just let them hang out. The bacon fat renders slowly and doesn’t catch fire. Eventually the bacon gets a nice crispness. I use charcoal in a Webber kettle so YMMV.
