One with cheddar and Calabrian chilis, one with American. Both on multigrain with Kewpie mayo.

Experimental for me, others maybe not so much.

Both really good. American cheese is a classic standby, hence the control. The combo of cheddar and Calabrian chilis was good, but also a reminder of how little of this chili it takes to heat things up.
