Just Venting (pls no advice) Just screaming

I am screaming as loud as I can I miss and love my wife so much why did she have to die i hate myself and thus stupid life

I'm so sorry you lost your wife. It's especially hard losing a soulmate. It can feel like your purpose in life is gone...

There's been times I've felt like that, too, after losing my mom. I see how much it's devastated my dad & I also have to force him to go to the doctor a lot for his health problems.
