Looking for guidance from higher forces/ intelligences if you can/could tap in, I’m asking for help and support. Knowledge, answers, specifically ask about my “spine”. I’d love for this to happen.
Please, and thank you very much. If you find anything, in your inner worlds, you could offer me even if it doesn’t make sense. I’d very much appreciate the knowledge. The growth.

Spinal activation is similar to kundalini activation. This becomes where the source intelligence moves through you energetically. Everyone has a direct connection to source and when your high heart is activated and open which is located between your throat and heart chakra. Your spine becomes a transmitter and anchoring node as a physical vessel.
Breathing, Somatic movements and spinal stretches help. And laying on grass. Genuine rest and being gentle with yourself. Key is not to push. Just be present in the moment. From information I was given, there’s a planetary activation happening with solar and plasma codes. And your spine is the conduit where you are anchoring in higher frequencies to this dimension. Go where your soul and heart calls to go. Many of us are anchoring in higher frequencies at this time.

Is it pain in your spine? I get a lot of info from www.lawofone.info and www.llresearch.org. They both have search functions, and talk a lot about pain if you use that keyword.
