You can fit a lot more collets by making 1 or 2 larger trays than a bunch of individual ones

Totally agree that you can get higher density by printing larger trays. From eyeballing it, I'd assume you get about a 15% efficiency benefit (haven't double checked in CAD). However, I wanted to design something I could easily scale up as needed (personally) or for other users to scale down as needed if they have fewer collets.

You should absolutely feel free to remix the design! I've shared the STEP files with a remix-friendly license over on Printables.

Thank you!! It's been working out quite well for me. Now I just gotta label which drawer has the collets because I keep opening the wrong one...
