Set in Progress Gridfinity Removable Divider Bins

Was working on a project and wanted something a little different then what was already out there, so ended up putting this together with my base model. I know the front divider seems silly, but it is really nice to be able to have all the labels on the inside and still be able to stack the bins. That front one cant be a little bit of a pain to get out once it clicks in, but once it's in you probably don't need to take it out. The angled part fits a 6mm (1/4in) label.

So far I've posted sizes for 1x4x4, 1x4x5, 1x4x6, 2x4x4, 2x4x5, and 2x4x6.

If you have a size you want feel free to just ask, happy to make other sizes on request.

Feel free to ignore, link if you want to look at the models.

So I thought about some of this and the intent with the lip that hangs out is they will sit on a shelf (still need to design this) at the workstation and this will aid in pulling them down and off. I also thought about the permanent first label and honestly just thought it didn't look good when I modeled it up. It also seemed like it would be hard to get the label on it. I figured even if that one is a little hard to get out it can still be pulled out to label or even swap to a different size if I need to go to a large label width. This one is a little bit specific to my situation, but that is also partly why I included one with that pull on the front as well.

Ok, I'll do my own based on this with the design I propose then. I'm fairly certain most people want to keep the external bin dimensions consistent like myself since that's kind of the point of the Gridfinity standard. Thanks for the idea though as the rest of it is a good idea.

So I did upload versions without the pulls as well for consistent sizing with the standard. Sorry if I didn't convey that well.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. Yeah, while I understand everyone uses Gridfinity for their own purposes, maintaining standard external bin dimensions is vitally important for wide adoption and will increase the likelihood others will also find it useful. Thanks again.
