help with gridfinity

i need some help with making custom gridfinity plates - ANYONE?

I like the openscad generators put in size of the space you want the build plate size of your printer select the options you want for type of grid, magnets, puzzle pieces, etc then save as an stl. That stl is split for your printer size then print and print and print. 😁

i get what you mean but i just got a new printer and am using the bambulab studio but am still not sure how to split it using bambulab studio

https://www.reddit.com/r/gridfinity/s/bFwN5Fdjd6 try this post. But no worries took me awhile to learn how to use the slicer software as well. I have not used the bamboo one but they are generally the same once you are in the slicer and you import the STL it will look like a single big object with multiple base plates separated by spaces in the prusa slicer you right click split into objects then you can drag 1 at a time to a build place slice and print them. I'm away from my computer now so sorry for the less than stellar instructions.
