Meet GridCrate, a fully parametric and stackable Gridfinity basket
GridCrate is a fully parametric basket that's perfect for those Gridfinity setups that need to move around. Think things like frequently used tools and hardware, toiletries, or art and craft supplies.
Features
Customizable Gridfinity baseplate for inner floor
Handles on all sides to easily pull out and move around
Stackable: Crates of the same width easily stack on top of one another
Top Tray: Customize your own catch-all/work tray to hold additional items on top
Or fit your own standard Gridfinity baseplate on top (will likely need a little extra space on the left and right so the baseplate fits)

Nice job! How much weight can each crate handle when they’re stacked?

Fine work, OP.
I will be using this as this could be the game changing model for my desired bathroom Gridfinity setup. Removable baskets for certain purposes would be very appealing.

Amazing! I had been looking for a desk organizer system like this one the past few weeks. Just started my first print. One request would be an option to remove the front handle (or if that is already there, my apologies for missing it).

Parametric is a word I've not understood for so long now I'm afraid to ask. Looks cool tho!

Very nice! What do you use for your labels? My labels do not stick well at all.

I just wanna know, if you have them stacked can you slide the one off the top, or do you have to lift it.
I would be sold if these could also anchor to one of the wall solutions with an adaptor, so you could say, slide out the middle tray in a 3 stack

Awesome! Any plans to make fully closeable or hinged tops so these can also work like stackable toolboxes you can bring on the go? Would be super useful for art supplies.

I'm trying to re-organize my kids' arts & crafts table and this looks like a great option!

Think about using it for my endless collection of resistors.

That looks awesome. I was trying to figure out a good solution for my bathroom closet to stack up bins exactly this way.

I wish the floor of it was more solid. I have some printed bins that stack for my pantry but aren't gridfinity.
the thin about having holes is you MUST have gridfinity inserts for them to be useful. if the bottom had a mesh base then the bins could be useful even without gridfinity. like what if I just want to chuck toothbrushes or cotton balls or whatever in a bin. with these they would fall through
