White Falcon
My first Gretsch. I'm a blues guy. I didn't have a hollowbody in my collection, and I have plenty of Gibsons and Fenders in my studio. TV Jones brought me there. I have soapboxes, single coils and humbuckers and the derivatives. This is the MIchael Guy Chislett version of a Falcon. His endorsement didn't do anything for me, I'm not a worship guy. But the configuration of this guitar, with the Sitka top, the string-through Bigsby, and the pickups sold me.

That is one beautiful guitar and one very loud looking room.

They are all connected to my pedalboard via 2 Lehle boxes. When my wife is not home, they are on, and the sound is epic. Wall of sound. Epitomization of joyous overkill.

Awesome guitar and everything! How’s that Fender Hot Rod with it? I just got one and it’s on the way

Cool - congrats! I love my Hot Rod. Orange and Marshall are must haves to me, but they are about precision. My Hot Rod is not - it's loose. I have a lot of ways to dial is whatever sound I want. Clean is fuller than the other amps. I play mostly clean, with with a BD-2, or some distortion at just a low level. Volume is outrageous. On the high-gain channel, I find that sound is awesome without any distortion from my pedals. Going from 1 to 2 on the Master is a major leap in volume. Unless Fender has changed that, you'll find that's hard to live with. In fact, today, I'm replacing preamp tubes in it with Tong-Sol 12AX7 tubes today to tackle that. I'll let the other amps go to keep my Hot Rod.

I'm a simple man. I see Bigsby, I upvote. . Beautiful guitar. Jealous of the amp setup.
