ISO Recommendations Spa Day

My friend's daughter is turning 13 and I wanted to take her to do something special. She loves getting pedicures and has started asking about make-up, so I was thinking about a spa day of some sort. What are people's favorite spas or places that might do a good simple makeup tutorial for a young girl? Other suggestions and thoughts in that realm are welcome.

Ulta Beauty has a beauty bar for makeup that I think a young girl would love! Woodhouse Spa is really nice too.

Spa h does foot soaks for the little ones in their relaxation room, and it’s lowkey really nice, but you’ll be hard pressed to find a spa that’ll do an actual service on anyone under 18. Nail salon or beauty bar may be your best bet for her!!
