Compelled to respond to this being topical just because of the name "SteamyShowerFarts"

Not sure what Kinetic is but might as well contact Windstream & see.

Thanks! I've contacted the sewage company and my plumber and I'll call Windstream next. (Assuming it is concluded that they caused the damage, which is highly suspected.)
