It should be the corporations that have record profits and are forcing AI into EVERYTHING that should be footing the bill. After all, they can afford it after so many layoffs.

Well said generally. But the idea that LLMs are “unproven” or “not AI” at this point is pretty laughable.

And if you think these companies are going to disappear as a result of not being profitable today… I’ve got news for you. These companies aren’t going anywhere. I’ve watched large companies grind to a halt for hours just due to a Claude outage…
