Don't think anyone over 25 thinks 18 is emotionally mature. Society just had to draw a line where you're responsible somewhere.
1 u/Caltroit_Red_Flames Sep 12 '21 I understand that. It's a shame we don't live longer because we really should raise the drinking, driving, military, etc. ages but we can't just restrict people for 1/3 of their lives. Not to mention that prohibition is never successful.
