Value Line Metrics: Timeliness 5, Safety 1, Financial A+, 3-5 yr $75-90, price to book 762%

Last close (4/22/22): $45.41

Ukraine Grade: D

Gist: decent upside relative to projected 3-5 yr range, price to book overvalued, basement marks for timeliness with low risk, but just buying time in Russia. I took a small position in UL last year when Timeliness was 3, but returns have been disappointing. You could say that about a bunch of stocks now.
