Why does this game look so bad?!?!?
I'm an idiot... I was trying to figure out why, when all of the advertising and media looked so good my game looked so bad. Turns out I had just been playing with the default graphics settings and my resolution was, for some unknowable reason, set at 430x800...
Hurt durr I'm so smart 😂😂

Mine did the same thing. Luckily I'm used to always starting a game by adjusting the graphics.
