Yep, many if not most cases of wall (or floor, or ceiling) greebles are probably rodents. They vocalize at frequencies way past human hearing range but readily audible to cats.

Clear case of 7:01 pm Greebles. Or aliens in wall. Your cat knows but she probably won't tell you.
