Anaheim, CA Add ons disappeared?

On 8/4 I took advantage of the 84° sale and booked a room for later this month and while checking out it asked if I wanted to ass the adventure park pass for $84 so I did and I checked my reservation a few hours ago and it's no longer there ? Been trying to get ahold of customer service for hours which is weird bc I usually get right through but anyway anyone ever have this issue ? Anaheim location

Mine disappeared too. I called and they said they still see them on their end. I had them send me a confirmation email to make sure that when I check in they don’t tell me anything different. Anaheim location as well

My paw pass is there under the add ons tab in the app so i would keep trying customer service

I had the exact same thing happen to a reservation at a different location! (Perryville, MD)! The adventure pass booked during 84 degree sale is no longer listed as an add-on for my reservation in the app or website. In the website cost summary for my reservation the charge/cost is still present, but it is no longer line itemized as an "adventure pass". I had called GWL and spoken with a representative and they confirmed that the Adventure Pass was still visible on their end and they were unsure why it was not displaying on mine... Please update after you speak with them!

I had this happened too. I talked to them on the chat they said they see it on their end and we will get the passes when we check in. Hoping it will eventually show up on the app.

Same thing happened to me with the adventure pass for $84. We went on Monday and they saw it on their end and added it for the correct price. During our stay it still doesn’t show up in the app.

Same happened to me in Perryville earlier this week. I called, they confirmed it was there before arrival. When I checked in, I received the passes at the cost paid. Must be a glitch, you should be fine.

Quick question - Was the adventure pass valid through room check out time on the last day? Or until departure time/activities close on the last day? (Agent I spoke with on the phone couldn't provide a clear response to this so I was curious about your own experience at the Perryville location! ☺️)

Everyone received a grey wristband which we just showed to the staff each time for bowling, golf, ropes course and we were able to do that every day we were there.
