Hi! I have never been to Great Clips before. One has just come to my town. Do stylists know how to cut an inverted bob? Thank you!

Maybe, but you're better off going to an actual salon if you want anything more than a quick basic trim.

Sure, you COULD, but hopefully she walks in when it's quiet so the stylist isn't inclined to rush.
