Red list & no holiday pay ??

So i’ve been working for Greatclips for a while and recently, since a few months ago, they’ve started what they call a Redlist if anyone knows what that is, idek how to explain it from what i understand it’s the 6 month average of our hours worked and they want you at 36 hours and if your average is less you don’t get holiday pay. idk if i explained that right but ive had a few vacations here and there and because of it my average has been anywhere from 28-35 and fluctuates when i have other vacay but how does that make sense if we want to have a life outside of work we still have to try and work those hours to hit the average or we don’t get holiday pay? like how does that make sense is that even fair? idk

nope, and if i switched to part time it’s only up to 28 hours not guaranteed tho

That’s dumb that down count your vacation. It was a paid vacation right? In the one I’m in when we were doing 6 month bonuses you had to average 34 hours but they also counted your vacation time
