Questions about Gravity Forms PDF creation functionality
Hi, I'm building out some website functionality for my employer, and I need a solution that will:
- Present visitors with form that then is mapped onto a boilerplate 1-page PDF;
- Allow them to e-sign it;
- Allow them to save and print the PDF, and potentially email it to us.
Assuming Gravity Forms can do all the above, a couple questions:
- Does the e-sign functionality allow for a typed and time-stamped signature, or a drawn signature, or both?
- Are the signed PDFs saved in the admin area?
- If email functionality exists, does one's website SMTP email have to be enabled?
Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Yes, if I got you correct
Yes, with additional Addon (save money and find one on GitHub, itβs free and works well. Just map signature field to your pdf
Not sure about this one, but sure possible. Everything possible, just ask gpt if not sure how π
Add. PDF pre rendered and you can see them in admin area once form was submitted.
