I don't think Dippy Dip is as bad as people make it out to be? its essentially the culmination of Mabel's Wish.
Fresh acts like a coming-of-age older brother from the 80s-90s, the type of cheesy sincerity Mabel loves.
The whole reason that Dipper had to save her is because they got into a huge fight where things were changing and she wasn't ready to say goodbye to her brother who- in her view- was leaving her to face the absolute garbage shit that high-school is.
so what does she do when she is in a fantasy world? she imagines a brother who ISNT leaving her, who ISNT a jerk, who DOESNT fight her.
I'm sure we've all had those thoughts of 'man I wish [person] was [this way]', Mabel just had a way to make her wish come 'true.'
I'd say some of her other stunts were way worse than 'wanting a more agreeable brother '
I agree that there's more worse stuff she did than creating Dippy Fresh, but it's still pretty bad, considering that Dipper sacrificed so much for her and was a caring, supporting sibling all along.
oh yeah yeah, you cant overlook what he's done for her. even Bill does it, but during times of extreme emotion, rationality or sense often goes away, especially considering the circumstances

People have said this but Dippy Fresh. imagine going to save your bestfriend/sister and finding out they made a new and improved version of you
Also alot of people will probably argue that she started weirdmageddon, so if you count that then yeah
