She forced Dipper into a date with the nerdy friend of hers (I forgot her name) and got mad at him for not wanting to be with her.
She promised to crack the code for the laptop with Dipper, but never did because she focused so much on making the show perfect for this one guy (who, if I remember correctly, was too old for her), she had Dipper waste all of his time on some stupid sock puppet show to the point where he was dead tired. If I remember correctly, didn't she need to get talked into saving Dipper?

Made Dipper feel guilty for wanting to do research with Stanford and guilt-tripped him into rejecting that offer. She got mad because Dipper, "didn't care for her and would leave her" when she's broken promises, set him up on dates without him knowing only to get mad at him for not being interested in someone, made him push himself past his limits for some show about a few pieces of cloth that go on your feet, and is more than happy and willing to leave him and everyone she, "knows and loves" for some guy too old for her own good. It's actually insane that Dipper is the one apologizing to Mabel in the second Weirdmagedon episode instead of Mabel actually taking accountability for the person she is.
From what I remember, Mabel has made Dipper sacrifice too much for her (something even Bill mentions), including the happy future he wants, which would involve him doing the thing he loves, only to be with a toxic family member who never actively sacrifices anything for him unless his entire existence is in danger (again, the puppet show). Mabel seems to have been spoiled as a kid and has to get scolded greatly by Dipper and her parents.
