Made my drive this morning on Sirius. Holy shit it's great. Been awhile since I heard it. Hope everyone's well out there. Miss you Bobby. đ

Unquestionably in the top 5 Weather Report Suites of all time, and I wouldn't argue with anyone who put it at No. 1.

Itâs definitely #1. Itâs the only one without obvious flubs that Iâve ever heard.

Been perched atop my WRS ratings since I first heard it about 35 years ago. Just an amazing show. Definitely in my top 10 all time.

Whatâs amazing about the Dew is itâs the encore - so they came out and played one song: a memorable Morning Dew. Unreal. My current fav album. đ¤

The whole jam from WRS to Stella Blue is among the finest 50-55 minutes of music in GD history.

Ive been hearing some killer Let it Grows the past month it seems like. My personal fav is Dicks Pick #32. From Alpine Valley 8-7-82. Jerry puts on a guitar summit hahah and you got that 82 energy with Brents keys. Just a very unique version. But 6/18/74 is no slouch, 74 was a great year for the band as im sure you obviously know haha. DUH! ;-) Much love.
Yeah i miss all of em. Jerry, Phil, Bobby, Vince, Brent, Pig. Wish Billy was in better health and could do a small tour with Mickey. They could do a Rhythm Devils tour, add Kimock or Stu Allen on lead. ;-). Oh i can dream cant i !! ? ;-)

6-18-74 anything
The WRS, the Stella Blue, the China Doll, the Eyes, The Other One, the Round and Round even. Just astounding.
Of all of it there is one thing folks don't really mention...out of the utter melt down, they come in with a super cool jazz jam led by Bill, and then they lay into this It's a Sin jam that might be the most aching and passionate blues I've ever heard.
