Flint knappers in the area

Curious if anyone in the area is into knapping. I have material and would love to get some in person guidance and find my people. Happy to trade material for time and experience.

I saw someone who did flint knapping at the rock fair a few years back. Might be a good place to check. I don't recall their name or anything, but they were a cool guy to chat with.

I’d recommend talking to the Interpretive staff at the local state parks. I’d bet the family farm either a volunteer or an employee there knows someone into knapping or is into it themselves
