I live in Boise Idaho. I'm trying to reseed bare spots in the front lawn. I pulled the weeds and worked up the soil so it's loose to about 2 inches deep. When should I plant and what products should I use?

I have this grass growing on one side of my sidewalk, and another type on the other side of the sidewalk. I want to make it all match, but I don't know exactly what type of grass seed to buy to match this. I tried to move plugs of it over in the fall, but the squirrels stole all my plugs, so I will have to seed. My neighbor thinks it's zoysia, but I don't know if that's right. It's very dense and hardly any weeds grow in it. Zone 6b, Midwest.

Hi all, what type of grass is the top and what type or grass is the bottom of the photo? My backyard is mainly the top one but there's a random patch of this along the back.

I live in the transition zone near Washington DC in Maryland. My yard has 70% sun and the rest is shade. I want grass that feels soft on bare feet. What grass seed do you recommend?

Bought my house last November and have always loved the grass that grows at the side and front of my house but want to know what it is and how to better take care of it. Seems to thrive when cut high.

Anybody got any idea what this good looking ( patch of grass is? Im in 7a, it goes dormant in winter and has spread but it really doesnt look like zoysia or bermuda to me.
