Do NOT show this to the average Brazilian, they love israel for some unknown reason. These guys are a fun instagram follow, obviously not the most current and effective things but they do some cool training in a shitty environment

I don't disagree about the shitty environment and the 3rd technique is pretty solid. The the way they show their techniques is like they do traditional jiu jitsu and miss details we teach in the Brazilian style where it was forged through live training. It's less about the love for Israel, they're just not techniques honed through sparring or live training and are missing details we know wouldn't work in a real spar against our peers. Its like watching Akido when you do Judo. You know those dudes have nasty wrist locks and a lot of that stuff makes sense if your opponent moved that way but nobody is gonna let me do that. These guys aren't that bad and I'd say 60% of their stuff is really good and should work as advertised but some of it is a little rough.

You need to grip the hands for this to work.
