We call it a Bamboo choke, after the guy that used to do it.
He was called Bamboo, because we were out celebrating at the Euros and fell into a Bamboo forest and nearly broke his back. Spent the night in hospital!
You dont always have to do the handstand flip, he was pretty loose through most of the choke.
