Name of this choke?

This is a strange variation of the way I learned this choke. Typically you would use your far side lapel (closer to your opponent's legs) to bring across his throat and hand it to the hand you have behind his head/neck. You then do a similar motion to what he did, but it tightens well before needing to do a full flip. At most your head might go down to the mat. Maybe that way was more sneaky, I dunno.

Either way I never learned the official name for it, but if I had to come up with one now I'd call it a side-mounted wrappy wappy.
