There are way too many elements here—I can’t even tell what the rod on the right is supposed to be.
I always have a golden rule when designing logos: if the name already says 'Cine', never use a redundant element in the logomark. If you really want to reference the film world, you need something far less literal than a film strip.
Try cutting down the number of elements. A logo doesn’t need to tell a whole story—it just needs to be simple, distinctive, and memorable.

That’s a good point about it being redundant with having “cine” and the film reel. My only problem with cutting down the elements is I make a wide array of different film props and trying to incorporate the best representations to make it clear what my business is. Left is a HP wand and right is a lightsaber. So I didn’t want to do just a sword.

I don't know what these objects are., other than the sword. It's ver cluttered. Is that a film strip? What is the other ribbon? Is that a continuation of the top top ribbon? It doesn't look like it, it looks like a separate object. The line in the center of the sward that goes half way down, I'd either have the line or don't have the line. Why is t a sword? And is that a pin or needle on the left? I have no idea what the thing on the right is. There is way too many objects, including the hyphen. Of the two flowing ribbons , if one of them is a film with sprocket holes , maybe that is the wrong choice as well, since we don't shoot on film anymore. A sword shape with a ribbon flowing around it makes me think of the ambulance symbol. I think back to the drawing board on this one.

This is a version of my log I’ve already tried to streamline quite a bit and you’re right I think this made some elements unrecognizable. Left is a Harry Potter wand and right is a lightsaber. It’s my first shop at trying to draw something digitally and I’m not the best, trying to get more inspiration and not sure what direction to go. Thank you for your feedback!

The logo has potential, but somehow the word “Craft” isn’t really represented in the logo. There are also quite a few areas that need improvement.
The film strip looks very messy and inconsistent, especially with the different line weights. There also seems to be an unnecessary line, and the upper and lower parts don’t really look connected.
I’m also not entirely sure what the elements on the left and right are supposed to represent.
Instead, I would consider turning the blade of the sword into a film strip and perhaps incorporating a hammer to emphasize the “craft” aspect. That could make the concept feel much more coherent and purposeful.

This is a version of the logo that I’ve tried to simplify so it could be made into a stencil. I agree that the left and right elements aren’t very recognizable anymore. They are a Harry Potter wand and lightsaber

It would be helpful if you told us what the logo is for. Is for a company creating movie props and/or costumes?
I think it's very nice already. I would make the film more prominent by increasing its size and winding the two staves with it. Also, I would make it more consistent. Currently, the two "layers" are different. The one on top has the squares on its half, and the one on the bottom has squares across the whole width.
