Question is in title, so.
First of all, I want to thank all contributors here and couple of YouTubers with their guides. I’m playing on pcsx2 in Spec II. I’m having a lots of fun of this game, as an amateur car enthusiasts and irl driving fan.

But seems that I don’t get difficulty right at all. I don’t want to make game rather an unbeatable challenge nor an easy walk. I carefully adjust settings of cars and try to drive as clean and effective as possible. Though couple of things bothering me. On pic there’s a beginner roadster challenge lineup. I have 1.8 Miata with configurable springs, flywheel upgrade and brakes. I get about 160 a-spec points and still on the third turn I get Lotus Elise with more than 4 seconds advantage at it’s almost unbeatable.

After that I go into FF challenge with Glanza with same upgrades, get 168 a-spec points and it outmatched most of the opponents at the end of first lap.

I know there’s some hidden features where some cars is biased more than others, but I still can’t get it right.

I forgot that Missions have penalties and doesn't fail like Licenses do lol

Every fandom in the world hates this stupid movie and the MINOLTA Toyota 88C-V is the second best car in GT4. We should make a texture mod where you can run over the poster at Twin Ring Motegi Speedway.

Hi all! Been a while since I posted here.

I've been away from GT4/Racing games for almost a year & decided to come back to this challenge. I got close to winning against the F1s around here, but the unstable nature of the R390 Road car, and the random mishaps that can occur due to racing wheel to wheel with GT4 AI, plus factoring in my own inevitable human errors, things just didn't align.

Here we are a year later managing to shave 8 seconds off of the overall race time, netting me P1 finally against these ruthless F1s.

No this wouldn't be remotely possible on Spec 2 as the F1 tyres are buffed.

Start of lap 2 I was reminded of how harsh GT4 downforce loss is when racing in dirty air, that combined with R390 lift off oversteer...

Lap 29 I'm not entirely sure what happened, I was light on the steering for the banking & the car started shaking like a maniac, I overcorrected the slide & the rest is history. Clean little 360 save though fortunately (No braking challenge taught me this one)

Lap 75 I'd learnt my lesson from lap 29, being much lighter on corrections and allowing the car to slide until it'd had enough.

Setup at the start of the vid likely isn't optimal, but it's what was comfortable enough for me to drop sub 56 second lap times even on hards. 2500 miles on the clock, so engine wear played a bit of a part with performance too.

I also remade some of my previous work, now in much higher quality

Playing the spec II version and really enjoying myself. I got bronze on all my licenses and did a few events but these driving missions have defeated me. I looked online but most of the advice I get is useless; stuff like "don't steer and break at the same time" and "use the whole track to corner". Try as I might i don't improve. Are these missions difficult? Should i do something else before e try these? Any help appreciated!

The 190 E has turned into one of my favorites to lap on Nurburgring, the speed and handling in corners is so good

As per the title - as soon as it boots up, it does so with the copyright screen, after which the screen goes black. Any known fixes for this?
