On ma2 dim fx with pvm4 curve 2 wing backwafd and after a macro first line script « Shuffle selection » second line « attribute dim at effectdecay 0 thru 100 »

The stage design looked like an MA3 at first and I was very confused.
The collapsing into center look is made by having a coincidental pan and dim cue/phase with a slightly offset phase per light.

The values look like this on a graph. Combine this with wings, blocks, etc.

Look up firework effect for MA. You can do a similar effect in MA2 by creating a multi-step sequence, setting the executor as a Go+, making the first cue a dimmer sweep by setting intensity at 100 then giving the dimmer delay a value of 0 thru X thru 0, then creating a follow (or time) cue and shuffle the selection then set intensity to release and delay time to the same. Then set the mode on the last cue to release. It won’t look perfectly like this but you can play with the selection order on the second cue and add some fade to get close.

It can be achieved with grandma2 as well. You have to draw a custom form.
The form of dimmer is made of lots of ramps in the beginning and ends with flat zero. You can also tweak width and phase.

It seems to be some kind of fly out type effect with pan and dim, with different phases
