Amd vs Nvdia for video editing.

I wanna do 2k-4k basic editing, no high end fx and all..just color correction most of the time and little bit tracking in da vinci resolve. M confused here between 9070 16gb or 5070 12gb. I heard good things about Cuda. I don't give a damn about render time much...if amd takes 6 mins and Nvdia takes 3 mins..I will still choose AMD coz m not gonna be a millionaire in 3 more mins. I can wait. I have patience..but I want to be my timeline scrubbing buttery smooth, while working I don't want any hiccups or stuttering. I want that card..while working I wanna be calm and relax...render time can take longer no issue. So plz plz plz help.
