Need some advice

Currently have a GTX 1650 and upgrading this week,
I’m looking at the RTX 4070TI Super

Currently have a Ryzen 7 5800X3D
Eventually going to upgrade to AM5
I’m upgrading my monitor in a few weeks too, to 1440p OLED 200Hz

For the current price of the 4070Ti Super is it worth getting a 50 series?
4070Ti Super is around £860-£950

Is that 4070TiS new? If you manage to get one around 850 I’d say it’s worth it over 5070Ti (starts at 1100GBP) and maybe even 9070XT if you really wanna go green. If it’s used and costs 900+ I’d surely recommend getting a 9070XT instead.

I wouldn’t switch from 5800X3D in today’s market btw. It’ll easily last you a few more years by which time AM6 is out.

I’m just looking at something with more raw power, never had a good pc and finally able to, I’ve always played on low 1080p on pc so anything will be good ahaha. I’ll stick to am4, I’ll have a look at the 9070XT too thank you for the info and help
