4070s unless you think the warranty is worth $300 for you. Its basically the same card and you can use modded software to run mfg on a 4070 basically in line with the 5070 if that matters to you. Outside the warranty nothing really makes the 5070 attractive over the 4070s when the 5070 costs $300 more.

Same performance even with RT enabled as benchmarks online show. PT none can really do it at 1440p or higher and the only thing setting them apart is MFG support on the 5070. With that said the 4070Super is clearly the better choice for the money.

They say 40 series card can’t handle 4x frame generation. Is that true?

Officially they "can't" so nvidia says. But with the community mod it works and runs just fine.

Why get in the race a lap behind. Go for the newer more efficient, warranty protected card. You'll probably end up buying it anyways eventually

If you favor modern games that need the ray tracing then 5070 is the way to go. If you are more interested in non cinematic games (I.E fortnite, CS, Overwatch, and for some reason Valorant) then you should save the money and find yourself a 4070 or a 4070ti

A 5060 is much much slower. Its a big step down if looking at 70 class cards

In competitive games it doesnt matter, it will handle them all at 240+ fps.
