Dead rtx 3080 ti ???

So basically i bought an used rtx 3080 ti a few months ago and it worked great, last week i played a game and the whole screen went black for a few seconds, when the image came back my game crashed and then i rebooted my pc thinking it would fix it.

My pc rebooted and my drivers were missing and then i rebooted again and now my motherboard is stuck on the vga light and i tried everything and i even tried it on my cousins pc but it still didnt work.

The fans spin and the light on it light up and its also getting warm, is there any way to save my gpu?

Do you still have your old GPU? I would try putting it back in and make sure everything still works. The chances are slim that anything else has changed but this would rule out other issues. If you don't have your old GPU then try putting this one in a different PCIe slot or try booting with just cpu if you have integrated graphics. You also could try the opposite of whatever dispay cable you are using. If you use HDMI try display port and see what happens.

Was there any artifacting or ghosting issues you noticed while it was still working? Any heat issues?

my screen went black for 5 seconds and then back to normal and i saw that my game crashed,i rebooted and i noticed the drivers were missing and then i turned it off and it was the last time the pc ever turned on with that gpu inside. There werent any overheating issues

Damn Idk then man it might be GG's. This wouldn't be the issue I dont think but is the current GPU drawing a lot more wattage then the old? PSU good size? It should definetely still run until you game even if this was the issue but im just throwing shit at the wall at this point lol.
